Bosko embarked on his journey with Zebra Net Lease in March 2018, assuming the role of Investment Sales broker where he joined Niko in leading a Net Leased Division of a national brokerage AGM. Prior to joining Niko and founding Zebra Capital, Bosko honed his skills in the New York City investment sales and leasing market. At a family office, he oversaw all retail and office leasing activities while conducting valuations and market analysis for all major asset types. While in New York, Bosko was responsible for transactions involving major brands such as JP Morgan Chase, Walgreens, Bank of America, Starbucks, FedEx, Kimco, Tony Roma’s, A+E Television Network, Mathnasium Learning Centers, MetroPCS, Hotel Trades Counsel, International Machinist Worker Union, Bio Reference Medical, Brooklyn Hospital and played a key role in servicing client assignments for largest NYC owners such as SL Green Realty, BFC Partners, JW Mays, Treeline Companies etc.

Specializing in guiding clients through the intricate processes of Acquisition and Disposition of Single-Tenant Net Leased assets (STNL), Bosko brings a wealth of experience and expertise in the advisory role for his clients, encompassing Valuation and Underwriting, 1031 Exchange advisory and management, Sale-Leaseback transactions, Lease Renegotiations, and Debt and Capital market analysis. Bosko’s goal is to educate and empower his clients, ensuring that every aspect of his client’s portfolio is meticulously managed and position for growth.

Bosko’s graduated with honors from St. Francis College in New York and holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, and Accounting. During his college years, Bosko excelled as a Division 1 Water Polo team captain, earning recognition as an NCAA All-American. He also completed a Real Estate Finance and Development classes at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), focusing on Global RE Investment and Real Estate Technology.

While not serving his client, Bosko finds solace in outdoor activities such as skiing and is a completly addicted to fishing. He also harbors a passion for homebrewing, although his experiments have yielded more flats and bottle bombs than drinkable beers.
