Niko Mićin, CCIM
Managing Partner
Before co-founding Zebra Capital in 2021, Niko forged his extensive CRE skills at AGM, a boutique full service commercial real estate shop located in Seattle, with focus on value add properties in the Puget Sound area. Starting off in 2011 as a financial analyst for the company’s portfolio performance management and transactions, Niko soon realized he needed to be front-facing clients and moved to a more interactive role within the company. What started with a Washington State drugstore effort, shortly evolved into a full spectrum Single Tenant Net Lease (STNL) success nationwide. This prompted Niko to open the STNL Division with AGM and move to Miami to further the division’s growth. His medical office (MOB) and retail leasing background positions him uniquely well in the client advisory role and allows for an effective “sniper approach” which clients value. Niko’s focus is to keep growing with the existing clients and educating incoming investors on the intricacies of the STNL industry.
Niko holds a bachelor degree in Finance and International Business from Foster School of Business at the University of Washington in Seattle, as well as a CCIM designation. Niko was both a successful Division 1 college-athlete and a professional swimmer where hard work and laser-focus were minimum requirements for success. When not working, Niko is either kiteboarding, surfing, traveling or doing art in Miami’s Wynwood.
“I believe we all have a responsibility to each other to make the world a better place and by contributing to each other in any way possible, become better people. Whether it is educating a new client on the real estate process to achieve a superior return or pre-disposing a developer’s property, the joy and purpose is strongly felt.”
